Do I need DSEAR as well as a fire risk assessment in London?
Yes, if you store or use flammable liquids, gases, vapours or combustible dusts. The Fire Safety Order and DSEAR are separate legal duties, and a fire risk assessment does not classify hazardous areas or assess explosion risk.
